Limited Manager Access
Requirements:
A major bottling company with several hundred leases required very tightly controlled and limited read only access by its real estate managers in several states.

Results:
NAI designed a specific Regional Manager Role that provided each manager with a limited set of reports and data views for their properties as well as for the more broad access and data management by the lease client real estate administrators and executives.

To do so NAI uploaded to the system a wide variety of lease and property information (abstracts, faxes, amendments, letters, emails, etc.), photographs and site plans of each property. This included typically several dozen documents for each individual site.
