Warren Bailey acts as the global head of NAI’s Lease Administration and Portfolio Management Technology Services. He works closely with our brokers in all parts of the world to assure clients receive the most efficient and economical deployment technology solutions.

Warren has extensive experience in a broad range of real estate and infrastructure technologies over a 20 year career. Prior to working with NAI Global, Bailey worked as Strategic Alliance Manager for ARCHIBUS Inc. There he led the major alliance effort with international real estate, design and construction corporations. He has also worked as Vice President-Technology for Cushman & Wakefield.

In 1985, Warren founded what became the world’s largest IWMS solution center for a wide variety of software applications. He taught AutoCAD to the Autodesk real estate and facilities staff. He assisted major banks, hi-tech corporations, cities, hotels and universities in developing their very first IWMS and CAD standards. He developed new web uses of software for lease administration, property management, security systems, automated integration with other 3rd party software applications and some of the very first web-based tools for viewing and querying real estate and facility data. His clients included many of the leading Fortune 1000 companies in the United States.

Beginning in 2002, Warren began working on what was to become the NAI CLAS™ software system, leading the initial deployments of CLAS™ at NAI beginning in 2007. Today, with almost 3,000 leases and properties being managed in CLAS™, Warren is leading the expansion of the CLAS™ technology to the more broad scope of IWMS services for project and construction management, GIS and PDA deployments, site selection, market valuations and forecasting, work orders and site management activities.

Warren received his BS in Architecture and Environmental Design from the University of Oklahoma. He has been a licensed architect and general contractor.

A graduate of New York University, Andrew Bailey serves as CLAS™ Technology Coordinator at NAI Global. His specialty is data mapping and integration of existing client information (database, reports, CAD, graphics and business processes) for real estate and facilities, using the NAI CLAS™ applications.

He has developed many unique and proprietary web applications within the CLAS™ suite including the fully integrated Lease Abstract Template which provides clients and their abstractors with an easy and intuitive data entry form for abstracting leases which can then be batch processed into CLAS™. Andrew has downloaded lease and property data from other competing software applications into CLAS™, building a set of mapping procedures and analysis tools for understanding a client’s data, regardless of the original format of the data.

Andrew is proficient in AutoCAD and facility management software including most of today’s web 2.0 open source software. He has worked for other leading real estate and facility management companies in the United States before joining NAI in 2008.
