Developed over several years, CLAS™ provides standard features and functions expected in modern web-based lease administration software. It is intuitive and easy to use, having been developed with the help of dozens of key brokers and NAI technical staff throughout the country.

CLAS™ also provides for any level of lease abstraction and includes key date management; full financial data entry and reporting; automated alerts and email notifications; contact and document management capabilities; integrated clauses; options; amendments; base rents; rent rolls; income and expenses and other cost management features for metric and benchmark report and valuations.

CLAS™ is the starting point of a broad base of enhanced features offered by NAI Global in the portfolio management of real estate leases and owned properties. It is already a fully integrated and normalized database with the full suite of IWMS software.

CLAS™ can be fully personalized right on the desktop for, and by, each client in how they manage and report on their portfolio of leases and properties. Additional customization is available to client system administrators using CLAS™ Plus.

NAI Global can provide clients several special data entry and reporting templates for any size project as well as significant individualized reporting. These services have been used for projects as small as 30 leases and as large as 2,000 leases as well as for owned properties.

Each CLAS™ deployment includes full training in the user access of the system as well as documentation for the specific client implementation.

CLAS™ is very competitively priced by bundling a number of leases on an annual basis rather than charging for each individual lease. This provides for minimum administration of the CLAS™ program on both the broker and client side.
