1,000 Lease Abstracts in 90 Days
Requirements:
A large transportation company, headquartered in the United Kingdom, had over 2,000 leases in the United States that they needed to abstract and keep track of in a consistent format.
Results:
By using CLAS™, the company was able to enter the initial lease abstracts for over 1,000 leases in three months. This process brought all lease data, using the CLAS™ Lease Abstract Template, from formats as diverse as MS Excel, MS Word, Access, faxes and e-mails, into one central location, in a consistent format allowing the client to generate consistent reports.

A major software company wanted to capture and host their real estate information separately from their internal data for easier and faster access to the real estate data. The company has dozens of real estate managers located throughout the world in over 50 countries and they require each manager to have a secure access to only a portion of the real estate information on a read-only basis.

Conversion of Data from Aging Legacy Software
Requirements:
A major offshore client required the conversion of existing data from an aging software application and for the data to be mapped properly. Additionally, CAD drawings and other graphics had to also be included for viewing over the web.
Results:
NAI CLAS™ was able to solve the client’s problem. NAI provided the analysis of the existing software data, extracting the data and then successfully mapped the data into CLAS™. Then existing CAD drawings were also linked to each lease and property for viewing over the web, 24/7 from anywhere in the world.

Limited Manager Access
Requirements:
A major bottling company with several hundred leases required very tightly controlled and limited read only access by its real estate managers in several states.
Results:
NAI designed a specific Regional Manager Role that provided each manager with a limited set of reports and data views for their properties as well as for the more broad access and data management by the lease client real estate administrators and executives.
